[PD] problem with pdvjtools

pdvjtools.deb with pdp_frei0r does not work. it crashes every time. FYI.
i tried a bunch of times and tried to make a light joke
pdp_freeframe still works though

Probably not, but I use Pd-extended...

The pd-extended.debs now install into /usr like proper .debs
