[PD] [multitouch] for Mac OS X/iPhoneOS

[Hans-Christoph Steiner]

It is based on the Apple MultitouchSupport.framework.  For Linux, it  
would have to use a Linux driver.  Since I don't have one of those  
trackpads, I haven't investigated the Linux options.
