the "paths" panel is mainly merely a graphical wrapper around the
"-path" flag.
e.g. "-path /path/to/lib1:/path2/lib2:/bla/blu"

the "startup" panel is mainly merely a graphical wrapper around the
"-lib" flag.
e.g. "-lib Gem:zexy:iemguts"
