[PD] 2d multiple preset interpolation?

has anyone already come up with a 2d preset interpolation similar to Ali
Momeni's concept (http://www.alimomeni.com/interpolation-spaces) or as made
in max (http://tirl.org/software/colorblobs/) for pd?
