[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.43 test 2 (first 'real' test version) released

This was on Mac OS 10.5.8 with 0.43-0test2.

I just tried it on 10.6.2 with 0.43-test2 without any problems. I'm able to
drag the window.

In the future, is it more appropriate to report these to the bug tracker
linked from the Help section?
