[PD] Pd Extended for FreeBsd 8.1/8.0

No one has built it, but it shouldn't be so hard.  A good place to  
start would be to try the library template on FreeBSD, then we can  
incorporate the changes in about 25 libraries:

Mostly, you'll want to look at the Makefile.
