[PD] 0.42.5 problem with regsitry editing to import pd libraries

That's what I thought, but since it says "to make sure...", I gave it a try.
Everything seems fine so far. Why doesn't this release include the 0.92.3
GEM? I already installed it separately, so it's just out of curiosity.
