[PD] Purpose of sig~

I think this is the same than :
[2 (    [3 (
|       |
[sig~]  [sig~]
\      /
 \    / 
  [+~]
The messages are send every 64 samples (if i am right ?) So, in this
exemple, if you send it to [sig~] or [+~], this should be the same
thing.
