[PD] if within a range of numbers then true

just in case I wasn't as clear as I should have been I feel like i need to
rephrase my query:

lets say I have an int box that is going from 0-100. i want to only return a
true value in one of ten triggers if the number is between 0-10/ 11-20/
21-30 and so on.
