[PD] Gridflow+ L2Ork pd-extended (was: L2Ork pd-extended release candidate 1 now available)

Some externals that rely upon g_canvas.h and/or g_all_guis.h will require a recompile but likely no changes to the source are needed. Please try recompiling and let us know how it goes.
