[PD] Latest pd-extended 0.43 autobuild on WinXp

OK I got it!
You have to go to
File->Preferences->Startup...
and put libdir at the top of the list. Then it starts up fine.

So I guess the pd-settings.reg file should start like this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pd-extended]
"flags"=""
"loadlib1"="libdir"
"loadlib2"="vanilla/list"
"loadlib3"="vanilla"
