[PD] reorg of puredata.info/docs/developer

Since this is fresh on your mind, please do check out the update  
section to see if I actually improved the situation.  I know I did  
remove a bunch of out-of-date info, but hopefully I replaced it with  
useful, up-to-date info ;).
