[PD] drag-n-drop support in Pd-extended (TkDND)

Don't you also need to install a tk plugin named tkdnd ? That's not the 
same as the pd-extended plugin, which depends on it... right ?

At least, that's what we had to do back in 2004 when carmen coded tkdnd 
support for impd with the [dropper] class.
