[PD] [soundtouch~] pitch shifter for Pure Data

Uploaded a .zip with corrected makefile and according Linux executable, to

http://www.katjaas.nl/pitchshift/soundtouch~.html

I was not aware that the standard c++ libs must be explicitly linked, on
Linux.

While checking soundtouch~ in vanilla Pd, I found some Pd-extended objects
calls in the help patch. I'll change that as well, later.
