Update: replaced [toxy/tot] with [iemguts/receivecanvas] in various patches, it is indeed the perfect alternative for capturing mouse-events. Even messages 'motion', 'mouse' and 'mouseup' are identical. Hans, it could also be used in [hcs/mouse_region], which currently does not work in 0.43. Katja.
