[PD] Jack support on Windows

Yes... Pd-0.43.4-extended-20130117 ..  Nut I need to run the pd.exe in
~/pure-data/pd/src or ~/pure-data/Pd-0.43.4-extended-20130117/bin ??

~/pure-data/Pd-0.43.4-extended-20130117/bin/pd.exe are running.. But I
don't have jackrouter option...

~/pure-data/pd/src/pd.exe nothing happens
