[PD] Jack support on Windows

jackdmp has always worked with pd on windows because it has been using ASIO drivers, but with two channels only...

also I'm still using pdvst for playing with Ableton Live on windows, if not in debug mode, it's rather stable, and even if it's a 0.37 pd version, we can do a lot of thing with, like opening sockets and send MIDI or VST parameters, even running vocoder patches, etc ... In other words, no need for jackd, no need for maxmsp in Ableton Live...

Would jackd work with more than two in/out channels on windows?
