[PD] [PD-announce] pdp 0.14.0

for me many objects aren't working:

pdp_conv_sobel_edge
... couldn't create
  pdp_gradient
... couldn't create
  pdp_motion_phase
... couldn't create

but pdp_gain, pdp_glx, pdp_v4l, pdp_add etc are working.
