[PD] Mess with Pd installation on Linux

I'm trying with specified the realtime mode in jack or without. Without
specifying I start jack and I get these messages

JACK server starting in realtime mode with priority 10

It seems to be working, right?

But when I start pd with -jack I get this

Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
Cannot connect to server socket
jack server is not running or cannot be started

How can it be that pd run a couple of times with jack and all was fine and
now it just can't start with jack again?
