[PD] VLC plugin - missing openGL headers

Sorry if I di not understand your question well.
i try to explain it anyway.

Cloned Gem from github from here:
https://github.com/umlaeute/Gem
to home/xy/Dpnwload folder.
Entering Gem, I ran ./compile.
Here there is no gem_videoVLC.so file, nore in the plugins folder:
