[PD] getting pd_lua to work on 64- bit Ubuntu 14.04

on unix system, ~ often refer to the home directory.
Which is on Ubuntu at /home/username

If you don't have a pd-externals folder in your home directory, just create
it and put deken.tcl file into it, then restart Pd.
