[PD] open sc within pd? (was Re: How's Max MSP limited? was Re: How's Pd limited?)

I use [csoundapi~] sometimes. Last time I checked (a couple of years ago)
it was still going. It's included with csound and the source code is
available. cspound can spund better because it uses doubles (64-bit
floating point numbers) instead of the floats (32-bit)  that Pd uses..
