[PD] JAVA sockets

if you are like me and use JAVA sockets from firefox to communicate between
PD and javascript this might help.

icedteaweb-plugin doesn't load in firefox 52
from firefox ,browse to about:config
right click to add a new boolean
name:
plugin.load_flash_only
value:
false

now what to do to replace JAVA with something as cross platform in the way
of a websocket server or "other thing" that will be sure to still be
working 20 years from now?
