[PD] Weird issue with Purr Data

Hi all,
One of my students is experiencing an odd issue with Purr Data. We're
trying to change the sample block size in the preferences but for some
reason, her laptop acts as though the buttons at the bottom of the window
aren't there. Does anyone know what the problem might be or a work around?
