that you did not compile the ffmpeg package, no ?<br>
when you compile it, it usually produces<br>
these libraries ))<br>
<br>
for the lame issue, i think it doesn't find<br>
libmp3lame which must be in a weird location<br>
on debian ((<br>
<br>
