sorry, here are the facts from long-testing period :<br>
<br>
a/ the best libquicktime is still the 0.9.1,<br>
but it has big memory leaks,<br>
especially if you switch your movies very fast.<br>
after a while, of course, it will crash<br>
<br>
b/ the newest libquicktime ( 0.9.2, 0.9.3 )<br>
will crash earlier<br>
<br>
c/ you still have the alternative to play movies <br>
with pdp_live~ ( mpeg, avi )<br>
but this object need some enhancements<br>
( autoplay, frame seeking, .. )<br>
that i'm doing right now.<br>
<br>
d/ in the long run, it would be better to do<br>
a native theora reader ( using libtheora ),<br>
hoping that this will work better<br>
( and anyway, we'll get a better support for it ).<br>
<br>
of course, any help is appreciated to help us<br>
improving this situation.<br>
