(correct me if i'm wrong). my problem originated from the pd 0-37(devel) packaged with demudi as well. i'm am in the process of trying to nut it out by comparing this with 38-test 7 and 37 (non-devel). but as yet have not found an answer. as far as i can see, my problem is caused when i used lots of sampling and tabreads~ + delreads~. i'm kinda confused because i used to use fedora core 1 with pd-37 and i remember using a patch with 200mb of sampled material without too much problem. this is why i think it is a demudi thing...but then again i'm no linux guru...yet ;) i hope ths helps.... and eventially helps me. tom
