<div>For a&nbsp;few months&nbsp;now I haven't been able to access Path or Startup from the file menu.&nbsp; I reinstalled Pd a bunch of times, and it is the same with 0.38-3 and 0.39-2.&nbsp; I click those options in the menu and nothing happens.&nbsp; Anyone know what might be wrong?
