HA HA, I found the glitch.<br><br>any2string adds a terminating "0" (zero) to the list of chars.<br>When I remove that "offending character" the file is properly recognized by my gnome editor.<br><br>Excellent, thanks again Martin. Now, if we could solve the comport problem :)
