I recently did a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04 minimal and Pd 0.40.3-ubuntu-hardy on my wearable machine.<BR>

Pd in -nogui mode crashes when using jack with the following errors:<BR>

error: JACK error: cannot complete execution of the processing graph (%s)<BR>

error: JACK error: zombified - calling shutdown handler<BR>

<BR>

Jack and alsa work fine with the sound card on this machine as well as pd in -nogui mode on<BR>

my laptop.<BR>

<BR>

Ohhh this is bad timing, I'm supposed to play this weekend. If anyone can give me a clue, I'd<BR>

be grateful!<BR>
