<DIV>not sure if i figured out the explanation below,</DIV>

<DIV>Seeds are kept locally so that if two Randoms are seeded the same they </DIV>
<DIV>will have the same output (or indeed you can seed the same one twice to repeat the output.)<BR></DIV>
