Thanks for that. Thats what I've done, I was just wondering if there is a away to get it to recognise blank lines or spaces, as I am trying to make the system as simple as possible for the company to edit the text in my absense, and space or blank line makes more obvious sense to them.<br>

just a thought, <br><br>but why not select some character that never normally appears in speech (eg the % sign, or something), and then use [sel %], and make a space when you have that character?<br><br><br>
