<p>Does anyone know of any patches / abstractions / libraries for playing with modal synthesis in pd?</p>

<p>But I'd love put together something that looks a little like modalys...</p>

<p>The only implementations I'm really aware of is the old STK (<a href="https://ccrma.stanford.edu/software/stk/">https://ccrma.stanford.edu/software/stk/</a>) - which actually isn't maintained for pd or running on modern systems as far as I can tell. Some of it made it's way to faust and I've had some luck cross - compiling, but I imagine there might be better / newer stuff around...</p>
