<p>The universe repositories of both computers are enabled. I added
a log file of the terminal. I think something already went wrong
in the previous steps of the scripts. I hope the log files
help....</p>

according to <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://packages.ubuntu.com/">https://packages.ubuntu.com/</a> both of these packages are
present on both xenial and bionic.
you must have the "universe" repository enabled (but afaik, this is
standard)
