<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi all,</div><div>I am new to this mailing list, so pleased to meet you!</div><div><br></div><div>I have been thinking about this question since a while: is it possible to say that Pd is more efficient than Max?</div><div>In one hand is pretty obvious that Max requires more space for documentation and all the externals and whathever, but does this lead more latency and more cpu-wasting when it comes to audio synthesis? I also did not have the possibility to test Max in an old PC.</div><div><br></div><div>Plus, -if there is a newbie-friendly possible answer- in which ways do the overall architectures of the two programs diverge?</div><div>I am not talking about the obvious differencies about the two programs which can be easily found on the Internet.</div><div>I am also sorry if this question was already asked, but I did not found any thread about it (and it is possible that I searched wrong!).</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks a lot</div><div><br></div></div>
