<p>"pdsend" reads FUDI messages from stdin and sends them to the
given host. "pdreceive" listens on the given port and sends the
FUDI messages to stdout.</p>
<p>If you just run "pdsend" and "pdreceive", you get some help about
the arguments they expect.</p>
