There is no problem sending OSC from the software. My question refers to 
working with something like a wii mote.
OSCulator (Mac OS) allows you to couple its output signals with OSC 
messages, and in GlovePIE (windows) you can translate them to midi. It is 
possible to turn these midi messages into OSC in PD or Max MSP but I am 
looking for something that does what OSCulator does for windows.
