I don't think that the lists need moderation.  They are very high 
traffic, so it would be a lot of work, and there are better things that 
we can do with a person's time.  If we restrict posting to members on 
all Pd lists, that will basically eliminate spam, unless of course its 
our own spam announcing events, etc ;)

I could do this part time, but probably not as the main admin.  It 
would be great if one of the Plone experts could do this.

I think this should be delegated out by section.  So I have started and 
maintained a couple sections, like the Documentation section, so I 
started doing a cleanout.  You can see some basic reorganization on the
