[GEM-dev] GEM is not supoorting DOS windows anymore

this is plain wrong.

a) GEM actively supports Windos, linux and mac-OS
so if one of these fails, it is still multiplatform

b) i compiled GEM yesterday on windows

btw, it would be great if bug-reports were more eloquent than "could not 
find files"

indeed, the link is dead.
i haven't found someone to compile GEM under DOS, so i had to do it myself.
and here it is, alive again: http://gem.iem.at/download/
