[GEM-dev] snap2tex texture curruption

Ok, this one was easy to 'fix'.  There was a simple oversight in the 
window rect creation call.  Go to line ~225 in GemWinCreateMac.cpp and 
find the SetRect() call.  You will see where the first y offset had 50 
pixels added to it, but the other one does not - this is the 50 pixel 
discrepancy.  I've committed a fix to CVS just now.

The snap2tex issue seems to have been resolved.
