i have removed it now from GemPixObj.h
and from all the other files too.
it is now in GemFuncUtil() (where i think it should reside, even though it is
mainly used for Pixes)

furthermore i have put a whole bunch of other functions that where lingering in
GemPixObj (and some other files) into either GemFuncUtil or GemPixUtil.

and i have separated the Pete's utility functions into a separate file GemPixPete.h
