[GEM-dev] problem to start gem

Hello
I'm a pd user (especially for real-time audio) and I want to turn on to new stuff with video. I've recently downloaded gem 0.90 but I really can't open it!!! Every time that I try to open the GEM_INSTALL command I have an error message: "I belive I'm in the wrong directory I thought that the pd-executable would be C:/programme/pd/bin/pd.exe please edit this file and set the PDPATH-variable appropriatly" I don't know exactly what to do.
If someone could help me that would be really nice; thanks
ps: I'm on pc (win XP) w/pd 0.37-3
