[GEM-dev] System and Gui blocking on OS X

Make sure to never use the -rt flag when running GEM on OSX.  I believe 
any of the pthread hacks introduced to Pd for OSX are only activated by 
using the -rt flag now.  If not then it's a bug and one that was 
already fixed in 0.37.
