oh it's not that i am not interested in this.
but i have no idea how this works at all under w32 and i currently don't
have the time to investigate.
as far as i understand it, w32 is not able to do something like
"X-forwarding" at all.

i don't know exactly what you want to do.
if it is just selecting the monitor, you could always use the
"offset"-message.
(or is it possible under w32 to have multiple monitors which are not
part of a big desktop (apart from clone-view of course))
