[GEM-dev] cvs question

Its easy to do by directory, just cd to the directory in question, and  
"rm CVS/Tag".  You'll have to do this manually per subdirectory too.   
Per file is trickier, but should be possible.  There is something in  
the docs about removing sticky tags, that's what you want to do.
