...I won't be able to try a compile on a 10.3.9 system until I get  
home, but all of these errors have to do with the glsl_* stuff, which  
isn't supported on < 10.4.x...so, you could just remove those files  
from your repositories src/manips folder (and probably remove  
gemframebuffer.cpp/.h from src/controls), and then it should compile...
