[GEM-dev] somebody give me a vs.net projectfile please!

hi.
some days ago i tried to compile Gem on win-xp with vs.net and miserably 
failed.
in order to not duplicate too much dull work, could someone, who has a 
working vs.net-project file check this in, please? (chris?)

a project consists of 2 relevant files, the 2nd one being referenced 
from the other (so if you want to rename it, you have to open the slc(?) 
file and change the vcproj(?)-name accordingly)
