[GEM-dev] two symbols in constructor?

hiya,

...I'm trying to add a format and type to the constructor for fbo's,  
so that we can do something like:

[gemframebuffer RGB FLOAT]

...and we'll get an RGB-format, float-type of framebuffer...seems  
easy enough, but when I try to do:

CPPEXTERN_NEW_WITH_TWO_ARG(gemframebuffer, t_symbol *, A_DEFSYMBOL,  
t_symbol *, A_DEFSYMBOL)

gemframebuffer :: gemframebuffer(t_symbol *format, t_symbol *type)

...I all of a sudden get errors saying "A_DEFSYMBOL not a type" and  
"expected constructor, destructor, or type conversion before  
'gemframebuffer'"...

what gives?
