[GEM-dev] osx crashes with gem from extended

The phrase "vm_allocate" is not in any of the GEM code. I don't recall
seeing that error before either. I suspect it has to do with code in
another part of Pd-extended and not GEM itself. I don't typically use
Pd-extended though.
Again, the crash log would probably eliminate the guesswork and actually
provide something to fix if needed.
