Summary: driver-message quirks to pix_video when compiled --with-v4l2

Initial Comment:
if gem has been compiled with support for v4l2, it freezes upon sending pix_video a |driver 1(-message to use the v4l1-driver (v4l2 is driver 0, which gets used by default). a workaround is to send any other message (like channel x) to pix_video before changing drivers.
this occurs with gem-cvs from mid-march and millers pd0.40-2 on gentoo, with a bt878 capture card.
